Travelling Fellowship of Bihar Orthopaedic Association.
This
fellowship will be given to two young orthopaedic surgeons for two weeks
training at Bombay on alternate year. Travelling fellows will get 2AC fare to &
fro by shortest route. The local hospitality will be usually provided by Bombay
Orthopaedic Society or by the fellows themselves.
Members desirous to avail this
fellowship should be below 45 years of age and atleast five years standing in
the field of orthopaedics after post graduation in orthopaedics. He must be a
Member of Bihar Orthopaedic Association and resident of Bihar.
The application for this
fellowship should reach to secretary of Bihar Orthopaedic Association in five
copies stating his academic career, experience, research activities,
publications and no. of conferences, CME, Workshop of Bihar Orthopaedic
Association and Indian Orthopaedic Association attended. All papers should be
reach the Hony. Secretary, Bihar Orthopaedic Association by alternate year. The
application received after that day will not accepted.
Hony. Secretary will correspond
with Secretary of Bombay Orthopaedic Society for other arrangements and training
for the fellows.

Govind Sharan Fellowship of Bihar Orthopaedic Association.
This fellowship will be given to
young orthopaedic surgeon below 35 years of age to represent Bihar state in the
National Orthopaedic Quiz during Annual Conference of Indian Orthopaedic
Association every year. The candidate should be member of Bihar Orthopaedic
Association and he should be resident of Bihar. A fixed grant of Rs. 500/- only
will be given to the each member every year.
This fellowship will be given to
the candidate to get the best paper award in the competitive papers in the
annual conference of Bihar Orthopaedic Association.
